WHAT'S COVERED
- ✓ Visible sagging or indentation over 3cm (not due to improper foundation)
- ✓ Physical flaws in craftsmanship causing foam or springs to split/crack
- ✓ Manufacturing defects in zipper assembly
WHAT'S NOT COVERED
- ✗ Normal foam softening that doesn't affect pressure relief
- ✗ Personal comfort preferences
- ✗ Physical damage (burns, cuts, stains, liquid damage)
- ✗ Damage from improper bed frame or foundation
