- Mattress preferences — weight range, firmness level, sleeping position, and partner details collected through our online fitting tool, to recommend the right mattress configuration
- Order details — products purchased, order history, and component swap records
- Communications — emails, phone calls, SMS messages, and live chat conversations when you contact our support team
Payment information
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, expiry date, or CCV on our servers. Stripe handles all payment data in accordance with PCI DSS standards. For more information, see Stripe's privacy policy.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our website, we collect:
- Analytics data — page views, referral source, and general usage patterns via Umami Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics platform that does not use cookies and does not collect personal information
- Event tracking — pageview and purchase events via Google Tag Manager (container ID: GTM-WDW2H449) for understanding how visitors interact with our site. No Google Ads conversion tracking is currently active.
- Technical data — your IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system, collected automatically by our hosting provider (Vercel)
We do not use Meta (Facebook) tracking pixels or any email marketing tracking tools.
