Our goal is to ensure you love your mattress. We offer a supportive 3-9 month adjustment and trial period to make that happen.
The 3-9 month adjustment and trial period
The trial period begins on your delivery date. It is designed to give you time to adapt to your new mattress and for us to help you fine-tune it. Here is how it works:

Standard trial (first 3 months): Your initial trial lasts for 3 months. During this time, we provide up to 2 free component swaps so we can work with you to adjust the mattress to your liking.

First extension (up to 6 months): If you feel you need more time and adjustment, you must contact us at sales@ausbeds.com.au before your initial 3-month trial ends. We can then extend your adjustment period to a total of 6 months.

Second extension (up to 9 months): If you are still working with us on adjustments, you can request a final extension. Contact us before your 6-month deadline, and we will extend your trial to a maximum of 9 months.
Important notes:

Trial extensions are not automatic. You must contact us before each deadline to keep your trial active.

We refer to this as an "adjustment period" because our primary goal is to provide expert assistance and component swaps to help you find the right fit, not just to process a return.
Return and refund process
If, after working with us through the adjustment process, you find the mattress is still not right for you, you may request a return for a refund within your active trial period.

Initiate a return: To begin the process, please email us at sales@ausbeds.com.au with your Order Number and the reason for your return.

Next steps: Our support team will assist you with the next steps for arranging the return.

Return shipping: Please note that you will be liable for any return shipping charges.
Refunds
After we receive your returned mattress and inspect its condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow at least 14 days from our receipt of your item for your return to be processed.
