First of all, our Marrickville showroom is open as normal.
Until now, we’ve been making our mattresses at our Marrickville location. It’s become too busy, so we are moving production to our new space in Gladesville.
We currently have some delays.
Existing orders: we will not be able to ship before 12 July.
New orders: 4-5 weeks lead time + delivery.
Because everyone ordered at different times and lives in different places, the above is the best guide I have at the moment for everyone.
I'm working non-stop to get back to the very fast deliveries we pride ourselves on. In fact, they should be even quicker after the move, as we'll have a much better facility. We're very excited to be growing!
Existing orders should not have been delayed during this time, but a pesky fire broke out in a neighbouring building, and it has done some structural damage to our building. So we had to stop making mattresses in Marrickville and move manufacturing to the new Gladesville location a bit quicker than planned.
Super annoying! I'm really sorry to anyone who was delayed. However, it was completely out of our control. We'll be back on track asap!
