Thanks to Ausbeds’ revolutionary design, a dip in your mattress is no longer a big problem. We’ll simply replace the affected layer, much like replacing a bicycle tire. This unique feature stems from our founder’s realization that mattresses, like bikes, can be repaired part by part. It’s how we ensure long-lasting comfort while promoting sustainability.

Ausbeds can easily drive out with the necessary component and change it. The process typically takes no longer than 5 minutes.

We do this free (except delivery) for 3 months, we can do it after that period for a fee.

You can change your Ausbeds mattress to any of the more than 40 Ausbeds mattresses at any time, forever. You’ll never need another mattress.

For the first 100 days, request as many adjustments as needed. After 100 days and up to 10 years, contact the Ausbeds factory for troubleshooting and potential layer replacements.

Use a mattress protector to keep it clean, other than that, you don’t need to do anything. You can flip the interior foam over if you want it to wear more evenly, once a year is fine.
